Obtain approval for in transit cargoes
Vessels scheduled to operate at Repsol YPF terminals and proceeding with transit cargoes will have to seek approval by the Repsol YPF Terminal Operator well ahead of arrival, at least 96 hrs.
For that purpose the request must be addressed to this vetting department, preferably by e-mail or fax, providing the vessel name, IMO number, Repsol YPF terminal at which you intend to call, a copy of the Material Data Sheets for cargo in transit and a reply address.
